Air Costa is the newest airlines of India, which commenced its first operations on 15th October, 2013. The airline is the part of the LEPL Group and currently it has 300 employees including pilots and engineers. The first scheduled operation was done using two Embraer E-170 aircraft. The LEPL group received NOC from the Ministry of Civil Aviation in February, 2012 and earlier had plans to start operations with a fleet of Q400 aircraft.
