About Kuwait Airlines
Owned by the government of Kuwait and based in Kuwait City, Kuwait Airways is the national airline of Kuwait. The Kuwait International Airport is the main base of Kuwait Airways, from where it operates domestic as well as international flights connecting Kuwait to the more important cities in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. With the vision- "Kuwait Airways aims at setting the standard for customer orientation and become an admired airline to fly, to invest in, and to work for." Kuwait Airways marches forward.
Kuwait airways began its operations in 1953 and eventually broadened its horizons. The Kuwait airlines currently fly to 38 destinations across the world. In India, Kuwait Airways flies to Delhi, Chennai, Kochi, Mumbai, and Thiruvananthapuram.
At present, Kuwait Airways operates a fleet of 22 aircrafts. The airline plans to include more aircrafts in its fleet and increase the number to make it a total of 80, by 2012.
The airline offers comfort and great in-flight facilities to business and economy class passengers alike. It believes in treating all its passengers equally.
