• The Applicant should have a Passport valid for at least six months (any other type of travel document should be valid for at least six months), beyond the intended duration of stay in the Israel territory and with at least one blank page to affix the visa.
• Application form to be completely filled and signed by the applicant. (photocopy allowed).
• One VFS Consent form to be signed by the Applicant.
• Two passport-size colour photographs with white background. It should have a close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70-80% of the photograph. It should be 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm. The photograph should not have any staple marks. Scanned & colour photocopies would NOT be accepted.
• A covering letter from the applicant introducing himself/herself, explaining the purpose, duration & itinerary of the visit in brief.
• Leave letter from employer / school stating dates of travel/ No-Objection Certificate is required.
• Proof of funds for stay / Evidence of source of Financial support such as : Bank statement for last three months (Name of the applicant should be certified by the bank in the statement). Statement downloaded from the internet will NOT be accepted.
• Proof of purpose of the visit: evidence of accommodation, e.g. confirmed hotel reservation or confirmation of organized tour.
• Travel itinerary or copy of booking.
• Overseas travel medical insurance valid for Israel. The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 40,000 US$ or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
• Children under 18 traveling without one or both parents or without a legal guardian must be present in the Embassy at the time of interview (both the parents or legal guardian) and also a copy of passport's 1st and last page of parent.
• One Photocopy of first and last page of the passport (in one page) to be submitted

Note: Applicant could be asked for additional documents or may be called for an Interview if required by The Embassy / Consulate General of Israel.
Processing time will be minimum of 04 working days (including day submission at VFS) for B2 Visa and minimum of 04 working days (including day of Submission at VFS) for B1 and A2 Visa (after receiving an approval from the Ministry of Interior in Israel). Applications accepted at The Israel Visa Application Centers will be submitted on the next working day to the Embassy / Consulate General of Israel.
Processed passports can be collected after a minimum of Five working days & Eight Working days as the case may be (including day of submission at VFS) from The Israel Visa Application Centers between 1300 Hrs -1600 Hrs.

A Covering letter from the Indian organization or company containing following details:

1. Name and designation of the applicant and also of the signatory (of managerial or executive level) with signature certifying that you will be visiting the Israeli company concerned.
2. An outline of the applicant's itinerary, purpose of visit names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit.
3. Days of the intended stay.

A signed invitation letter (in Hebrew) from the Israeli company containing following detail:**

1. Name of the applicant invited.
2. Passport number of the applicant.
3. Duration of visit & purpose of travel to Israel.
4. Days of the intended stay & dates of Visit.

Proof of funds for stay/ Evidence of source of Financial support such as:

1. Bank statement for last three months (Name of the applicant should be certified by the bank in the statement) -- Statement downloaded from the internet will NOT be accepted.
2. Salary Statement for the last 2 months.
3. Income Tax returns for the last three years.

• Overseas travel medical insurance valid for Israel .The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 40,000 US$ or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
