Officially established on March 2008 by the Government of Dubai, FlyDubai Airlines is the first low coast carrier airline of the region. On May 2009, the first aircraft of the airline arrived and on 1st June, the first commercial flight to Beirut took off.

In FlyDubai Airlines, Economy Class passengers are allowed to carry checked baggage of 20 kg and one hand baggage of up to 7 kg. Business class passengers can carry up to 3 pieces of checked baggage having a combined weight of 40 kg. You can also carry two items of hand baggage having a combined weight of 15 kg.
