Founded on 20th September 1991, JetKonnect commenced its operations on 3rd December 1991 as Sahara Airlines with two Boeing 737-200 aircrafts. JetKonnect is a marketing name of Jet Lite (India) Limited, owned by Jet Airways. The airline initially operated with its own name JetLite but it began to operate as JetKonnect from 25th March 2012. The airline has a young fleet of 19 aircrafts and it flies to 47 cities in India with more than 430 daily flights through Boeing and ATR aircraft.
