Naulakha Palace was constructed by Darbhanga Maharaja - Rameshwar Singh. During
the earthquake of the year 1934, the palace was utterly destroyed and since then it was
never restored. The palace is in relics presently.
This temple of Kapileshwar is situated in Kakraul village of Madhubani district. As per
the mythological stories, Kapil - an archaic sage found the "Shiva Linga" here.
